The Culinary Compass experience

A Five-Day Journey Guided by Taste, Place & Connection — Costa del Sol

Driven by gastronomy, grounded in passion

A curated retreat for teams and close-knit groups who believe that the best ideas, bonds, and breakthroughs are found by following flavor, unique settings, and shared moments.

Let gastronomy guide your group through Andalucía — from sea to mountain, vineyard to market, tradition to innovation. Each day follows a different “point” of the compass, revealing a new layer of place and perspective.

THE CULINARY COMPASS

The Experience

From coastal kitchens to mountain vineyards, every destination becomes a lesson in culture, creativity, and connection. You’ll experience Andalucía through its most meaningful expressions: food, landscape, and people.

FOLLOWs FLAVOUR

Quiet mornings, mountain air, and carefully paced days help you disconnect from pressure and reconnect with yourself and your group. This is true renewal—restorative, grounding, and deeply personal.

RESET & RENEW

Through guided examples and thoughtful exploration, you’ll learn to approach challenges with fresh perspective and confidence. This experience is about building flexibility, insight, and clarity—not following rigid formulas.

BUILD LASTING CONNECTIONS

New environments spark new ideas. Through curated encounters with chefs, artisans, and winemakers, you’ll experience leadership, creativity, and collaboration from a broader, more inspired perspective.

THINK DIFFERENTLY

Where Flavour Becomes the Experience

As the first day gently unfolds, the journey truly begins.

Your private chef prepares dinner in the heart of the home — fresh ingredients, unfolding aromas, and a table set for connection. Each course is thoughtfully introduced, its origin and inspiration shared, transforming the evening into more than a meal.

This first dinner sets the compass for the days ahead — defining the tone, the rhythm, and the shared spirit of the journey. It is here, around the table, that the experience takes its first true direction.

the experience

  • Finding Your Bearings

You arrive where mountains meet the sea.

At your private villa, a welcome aperitivo introduces the first flavors of the journey: citrus, olive oil, warm bread, coastal seafood.

That evening, your chef presents a Mediterranean tasting menu — light, elegant, and grounding.

    The compass is set.

Highlight: Welcome tasting · Regional wines · Sunset dinner

  • Toward Terroir and Perspective

The journey moves inland toward Ronda.

Rolling hills. White villages. Open skies.

At a boutique winery, you taste directly from barrels, walk among vines, and share a long paired lunch overlooking the gorge.

The landscape widens. So do conversations.

You return to Marbella as evening settles in.

Highlight: Private cellar visit · Vineyard lunch · Scenic drive

  • Toward Nature and Stillness

Today leads into the Sierra de las Nieves.

Ancient trees. Mountain air. Quiet trails.

With a local expert, you explore wild herbs and seasonal ingredients.

A refined picnic follows — prepared by your chef using what the land offers.

The afternoon invites rest and reflection: spa, pool, breathwork, or silence.

Dinner focuses on balance and nourishment.

Highlight: Mountain foraging · Wellness time · Conscious cuisine

  • Toward Culture and Expression

    The compass turns toward Málaga.

A private guide reveals hidden courtyards, historic fortresses, and creative districts.
You explore the Alcazaba at golden hour.

Later, you step into a culinary atelier — cooking Andalusian-Moorish recipes alongside a local chef.

The journey culminates in a secret dining venue: rooftop or courtyard, candlelit and intimate.

    This is the celebration.

Highlight: Cultural immersion · Cooking atelier · Signature dinner

  • Bringing It All Together

    The final morning is gentle.

A champagne brunch reflects the full journey: sea, land, mountain, market.

Each guest receives a curated “Gastro Box” — olive oil, sweets, wine, and personal mementos.

You leave aligned, inspired, and connected.

Highlight: Farewell brunch · Gifts · Seamless departure
